Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Balance 360 Health seeks a Part-Time Administrative Assistant with the energy, compassion, and dedication to excel in a vital role. Your commitment to going the extra mile will be key in expanding and elevating our company’s mission. Join us and be a cornerstone for our growth journey.
What you need to know:
- Part-time position for evening hours
- You will need to work 4-8 hours per week (4 hours/evening). If able – being available to cover vacation time and sick time would be beneficial. The clinic generally operates from 9am-4pm with evenings two days per week until 8pm.
- You will be the welcoming face for our patients – your warmth, attentiveness, and excellent communication will set the tone.
- Your tasks span from managing phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries to handling faxes and legal correspondences.
- Your portfolio will expand to include insurance settlements, motor vehicle account management, and assisting our accounts receivable team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Familiarity with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Jane online booking system) and office equipment is encouraged
- You will be working in a supportive and team-oriented environment that has respect for the role we each play in making the clinic excel
